Position Name: Renovation Project Manager

Job Description:
1Responsible for overall project management and daily operations of the project department; coordinate relationships among various parties, comprehensively manage project progress control, quality control, safety production, civilized construction, cost management, etc., to ensure healthy and orderly project development;

2Formulate construction organization plans, responsible for organizing and coordinating subcontractor reviews, material and equipment procurement plan reviews;

3、 Responsible for reviewing and optimizing construction drawings, calculating engineering quantities; On-site construction management; responsible for communication and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and supervisors on-site;

4Responsible for coordinating on-site operations of construction units, conducting construction safety control and education;

5Reviewing project progress; co-signing material and equipment payments;

6Ensure effective cost control;

7Familiar with contracts, timely tracking of project progress payment collection;

8Organize on-site completion acceptance work of the project, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

1Bachelor's degree or above,5More than years of experience as a renovation project manager, familiar with various renovation construction processes.;

2Rich experience in renovation construction management and coordination ability, has experience in on-site management of large public construction projects;

3Familiar with project management methods and engineering management procedures;

4Possessing a construction engineer certificate and intermediate or above professional title is preferred;

5Strong sense of responsibility, with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork spirit.

Position Name: Technical Support Engineer

Department: Technical Department

Work Location: Beijing

Job Description:
1. Able to adapt to travel requirements, often needs to go on-site for guidance and support, responsible for on-site construction coordination;
2. Proficient in using AUTOCAD for drawing and office software, independently executing structural engineering design and calculations;
3. Familiar with engineering quantity calculations and on-site coordination, has construction experience in roofing, wall, or flooring;
4. Assist the engineering department with project-related work;

5. Assist other management departments of the company. Job Requirements
 

1. Associate degree or above in architecture or related majors, with more than 2 years of experience in design and engineering work;
2. Healthy, upright character, able to endure hardships; possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
3. Possess a driver's license, passed the CET-4 exam in English;

4. Relevant professional certificates are preferred.

Position Name: Construction Manager

Job Description:

Department: Engineering Department

1. Responsible for the safety, quality, schedule, cost, and payment collection of the projects under management;

2. Review construction drawings and conduct safety handover on-site.

3. Lead the preparation of project construction organization plans and develop schedule plans;;

4. Coordinate with construction units, supervision units, design units, general contractors, and relevant subcontractors during the construction process;

5. Conduct inspection of materials and equipment upon arrival, manage receipt and storage;

6. Timely add signatures for project changes;

7. Archive project completion documents and ensure project handover is in place.

1. Associate degree or above in a related field;

 

Job Requirements:

2. More than two years of construction experience in waterproofing, insulation, flooring, etc., has worked on large construction projects;

3. Possess project management experience, strong planning, organization, leadership, control, and coordination abilities;

4. Able to adapt to frequent travel.

1. Responsible for sales tasks in the assigned area;

Work Location: Beijing

1. Responsible for the safety, quality, schedule, cost, and payment collection of the projects under management;
2. Responsible for planning and executing sales activities in the sales area, achieving sales targets;
3. Develop new markets, expand new customers, increase sales scope;
4. Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships;
5. Responsible for building and integrating the sales team;
6. Provide constructive suggestions to the general manager based on the actual sales situation in various business areas.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in engineering-related majors;

Job Requirements:
2. More than five years of work experience (preferably with experience in construction waterproofing, anti-corrosion, insulation, flooring, metal enclosure, and renovation business);
3. Familiar with the industry market, have corresponding sales experience, understand industry sales models and technologies;
4. Strong customer communication skills and high business handling ability, with good teamwork spirit;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness.
