The building is an international Grade A office tower, located in the core area of Beijing CBD, with a building height of 265 meters. It holds LEED Gold and WALL Health and Safety Certifications and is home to numerous world-leading enterprises and financial institutions.
The leakage has affected the normal use of the top floor of the building and the underground garage, so it is necessary to carry out a special leakage treatment for the building. The construction difficulty of the project and the on-site management and control requirements are extremely strict.
After selection, investigation and thorough demonstration by the property owner and the property management company, Beijing Guzhuo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was finally chosen to customize a "customized systematic waterproofing solution that combines coating and the waterproofing membrane together, balances rigidity and flexibility, integrates prevention and drainage, and conducts comprehensive treatment" for the client.
