Four core projects to comprehensively renew the roof performance

This roof renovation project focuses on the actual needs, covering four key projects, to solve the original roof problems from the root, and comprehensively improve the safety, durability and functionality of the roof:

• Metal Roof PVC Full Renovation: To address metal roof leakage issues, our company employs a full-adhesive system to tightly bond XikaPVC membranes with specialized weather-resistant adhesive onto steel sheet surfaces. Hot air welding is applied at overlap seams to create a robust, seamless structure. The white membrane surface features high solar reflectivity, which not only minimizes heat absorption but also enhances the roof's thermal insulation and energy-saving performance

 • Lighting Strip Replacement: To address both the facility's lighting needs and the aging condition of existing strips, the original damaged lighting system was removed. A factory-premanufactured double-layer hollow FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) lighting strip was installed. This new solution not only ensures uniform light distribution for a more comfortable natural lighting environment but also features impact resistance and temperature adaptability, working synergistically with the entire roof system to provide comprehensive protection

• Lightning protection band design and installation: In order to strengthen the lightning protection safety of the factory, the layout of the lightning protection band is precisely designed according to the roof structure and lightning protection specifications. During the construction, the quality and fixing strength are strictly controlled to ensure that the lightning protection band can effectively guide the lightning current and provide reliable guarantee for the safety of plant equipment and personnel.

• Walkway plate laying: In order to facilitate the later roof maintenance and repair, walkway plates with excellent anti-slip and wear resistance are laid in the key areas of the roof. It does not affect the overall waterproof performance of the roof, but also provides a safe and convenient passage for daily operation and maintenance.
