Product Overview

Single-layer roof-specific PVC walkway pads are made of PVC material and can be used in conjunction with roof PVC membranes. They are welded to the roof membrane through hot air welding, making the surface durable.

Product Features

The upper surface has a herringbone pattern about 3mm high, making the surface slip-resistant and allowing for smooth drainage;

Both sides have a 75mm wide welding edge, which can be hot air welded to the roof PVC membrane;

Walkway pads should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry environment, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain.

Product Application Guidance

When installing walkway pads, leave a 3 cm gap at the joint between every two pieces for drainage;

Welding of walkway pads should be done according to the welding requirements of the membrane;

The patterned side should face up.

Precautions

Before installation, the layout of the walkway pads should be arranged to be close to the areas that need maintenance;

The two ends of the walkway should connect to the stair entrances for people going up and down;

The layout of the walkway pads should be continuous without any breaks.
